We are so excited you plan to visit OMPC! When you come to worship, park near the Gym/Carport Entrance and our team will be waiting at the first-time check-in station there to greet you. When you arrive, let us know you submitted this form and we will make sure your children have what you need to join in for our Sunday morning Programming.
